Romans joined the Elevation team in October 2026 to help develop client relationships in the East Midlands region. Romans has worked in the Financial Planning Services for the past 7 years, with a background in Logistics and Human Resources.
With strong understanding and technical knowledge and experience around pensions, investments, tax and inheritance planning, Romans is passionate on delivering good client outcomes to both individuals and business owners. Romans works closely with his clients to understand their needs, investigate best solutions and build a tailored plan to best serve clients individual needs.
Outside of work, Romans enjoys spending time and travelling with his family, socialising with friends, a good barbeque and is an avid sports fan – particularly football and ice hockey.
