Elevation Wealth Management specialise in working with other Professional Advisers. We believe passionately that a client working within an integrated professional advice structure will receive a better experience and outcome over one that is fragmented.

At Elevation, we have found that financial services sit very well within both the accountancy and solicitor marketplace but in our opinion, in order for this to work most effectively, there are a strict set of practices that need to be adhered to.



Elevation Wealth Management has been working with different Accountancy and Solicitor firms for many years. We currently have many firms that make use of our services for their clients and this number is growing as we continue to grow our business. We know what works and how best to do it.

These may seem basic and obvious but we make the following promises to our professional connections.

Communications Hub

You will be allocated with a dedicated account manager, and access to the Communications Hub. This hub will form an audit trail for both the Introducer and Elevation Wealth Management to control, monitor and respond to clients. It will also be used to start the process for the introducer to pass over client’s needs. Clients and Introducers will also be able to communicate requirements, issues or additional information.

Commitment to call potential client leads within 48hrs

Our aim is actually to do this within 24 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances this target could, in rare but certain situations, be unrealistic. We need to manage expectations and so far, this timescale has not been missed.

Weekly updates

It is vitally important for communication to be at it’s very best when dealing with an introducers’ client. We work extremely closely with our introducers and continually discuss proposed plans for their client. We use our Introducer Client Tracker which updates the clients process . We then send this to our introducers on a weekly basis.

A commitment to fixing/solving problems

It is unrealistic to say that there will never be a problem. That’s just life. We are sometimes let down by third parties or forces outside of our control. However, it is how these issues are dealt with that makes the difference. As such, there will be a dedicated person who will commit to solving these issues as soon as they arise.

On top of all this, we offer a suite of support structures that will not only help the introducer but will also enhance their client relationship. These include but are not restricted to:

– Workshops
– Seminars
– One to one discussions
– A technical help line
– Email campaigns
– News bulletins
– Product Brochures
– Marketing material
– Staff training

We also have all of the above, on different topics, available to all our introducers to access for additional future use.


Not only do we offer all of the above services to our introducers, but we have a list of third party suppliers that we have used and continue to use with our clients. These are mainly in the corporate sector and with whom we have agreements in place.

As an introducer to Elevation, you will not only get a top class service of technical financial experts but will also be able to offer your clients a host of other ‘business enablers’ which will only act to enhance your offering. It means you are more likely to maintain a happy client over a longer period of time.
