Paul is Chair of the Board, with more than 25 years’ senior leadership experience across asset management, pensions and institutional investment. As Chief Operating Officer of a global asset manager, he oversaw growth from £4bn to £22bn in assets under management. He has since held executive and board roles with one of the UK’s leading pension investors and several FCA-regulated investment businesses.
Paul brings deep knowledge of governance, risk and strategy, having chaired boards and investment committees across the industry. His experience helps make sure the business grows on strong foundations, with clients’ interests at the heart of every decision.
