Kath is Operations Director, with more than 18 years’ experience in UK financial advice businesses. As Head of Platform Operations at a national advice group, she established the firm’s Model B platform, along with the oversight and governance framework that supported it. Earlier in her career, she led the operational oversight of advisory model portfolio propositions and delivered large-scale bulk client activity.
Kath is a strong people leader who has built and developed high-performing operational teams. She is also highly data-focused, with a strong background in Consumer Duty segmentation, and has helped shape platform consolidation strategy and supported the integration of acquired firms. She is focused on building operations that support advisers and consistently deliver good client outcomes.
