James joined Elevation in July 2026 as an Apprentice within the Paraplanning Team, based in our Birmingham office. Having completed a degree in Finance, Accounting and Management at the University of Nottingham, he brings a strong academic foundation to his role. Outside of work, James enjoys playing cricket and golf and is a passionate Aston Villa supporter.
