Craig is a Director contributing to the overall strategy and acquisitions of the business. He has more than 20 years’ international experience in funds management, private equity and M&A. He co-founded a private equity firm, growing it to more than A$1bn in funds under management.

Craig has broad expertise across deal structuring, finance, compliance and operations. That helps make sure every business joining the group is the right fit and is supported well through the transition.
