Declan has 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Elevation in 2015 as an intern while completing a degree in Accounting & Finance, and quickly progressed through the firm’s development programme. A graduate of both the Elevation Academy and the Aspire Financial Adviser Diploma, Declan was the first candidate to achieve a Distinction while becoming fully qualified.
Based in the Birmingham office, Declan is a core member of the Midlands team. He specialises in intergenerational wealth planning, tax-efficient strategies, and self-invested pensions (SIPPs and SSASs), helping clients make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
Known for his calm, client-focused approach, Declan works closely with individuals and business owners to develop long-term financial plans tailored to their goals.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about travelling and sport – particularly football. He also enjoys exploring Birmingham’s vibrant culinary scene.
