Michelle joined the Elevation Client Servicing team in March 2021, having gained 7 years’ experience in similar roles. She is currently well on her way to achieving level 4 Diploma status with the Personal Finance Society. In her spare time, Michelle plays Netball and is a season ticket holder at Birmingham City.
