Adam graduated from Plymouth Business School and has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 12 years. He started at entry-level as administration support, moving to Paraplanner, before becoming a paraplanner with Elevation in 2015. Adam graduated as an IFA and in August 2020, was appointed Compliance & Technical Manager with a small portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals and Business Owners to continue to manage.
Adam holds a seat on a specialist investment committee and provides technical training and development for the Elevation academy which was established to organically develop young talent from within the group.
In his spare time, Adam likes to tinker with classic cars and regularly displays his beloved Suzuki Cappuccino at car shows. (Apparently, this is a classic car!) He has recently taken up Golf – but admits he is terrible at it.
